Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of TinyFolder licenses made via tinyfolder.app and sold through our Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd and its affiliates). It is provided by Sergei Filkov, a sole proprietor established in the country of Georgia.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be happy with TinyFolder. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. TinyFolder is a one-time purchase (not a subscription), so there is nothing to cancel.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@tinyfolder.app with your order reference (from your purchase confirmation) and the email address you used to buy. You may also request a refund directly through Paddle, who processes payments and refunds on our behalf — use the buyer-support link in your receipt or visit paddle.net.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, in the original currency. Your bank or card provider may take a few business days to post the refund.
After 14 Days
Refund requests made after 14 days are considered on a case-by-case basis — for example, if the app does not work as described and we are unable to resolve the issue. In line with Paddle's buyer terms, requests made more than 60 days after the transaction generally cannot be processed.
Exceptions
A refund may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, or other manipulative behaviour. This Policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights, including any mandatory withdrawal or refund rights under the laws of your country of residence.
Merchant of Record
Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record for your purchase, Paddle's Buyer Terms and refund terms also apply to your transaction. Where this Policy and Paddle's terms differ, the terms more favorable to you as a consumer apply to your statutory rights.
